Our products
We sell downloadable digital games. No physical products are shipped.
Before purchasing, check the product description for the game’s contents, recommended ages, player numbers, file formats and any equipment required. Printing is optional unless the product description states otherwise.
Orders and payment
Prices and applicable charges are displayed before you complete payment. Please check your chosen products and email address before placing your order.
If we cannot supply an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable product.
Digital delivery
After successful payment, follow the download instructions provided with your order. You need an internet connection and a compatible device and software to download and open the files.
If your download email does not arrive, check your junk folder and contact hello@nightjargames.co.uk with your order number.
Permitted use
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the game files for personal, non-commercial play, including printing copies for participants in your own game sessions.
You must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or commercially reproduce the files without our written permission. Intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
Cancellations and refunds
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for cancellation rights, download problems and refund requests.
Where you expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, that cancellation right ends when supply begins. Otherwise, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available.
Faulty or incorrectly described content
If your game is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, contact us so we can resolve the issue. We will provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit our website, contact us or place an order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
