Returns and Refunds

Nightjar Games sells digital game downloads. No physical products are shipped, so there is nothing to return by post.

Cancellation rights

Where applicable, you have 14 days from entering into your purchase contract to cancel. If you expressly consent to receiving your digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, that cancellation right ends when supply begins.

Simply purchasing a game does not remove your statutory rights.

Problems with your download

If your files are missing, inaccessible, faulty or not as described, please email hello@nightjargames.co.uk with your order number, game title and a description of the issue.

We will help resolve the problem and provide any remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law, including repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund where appropriate.

Requesting a refund

Email hello@nightjargames.co.uk to request a cancellation or refund. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
